This is a case of don't judge the book by the cover. I had a hard time finding parking so I was ready to give up when I looked at the reviews and rating I decided to go around the block again and found a spot and walked. So glad we did! Now for the pizza. The crust is a masterpiece, sauce is excellent, ratios are perfection. We ordered a large and two of us devoured it. And who knew Armenian beer was so tasty!

Great hole in the wall pizza restaurant In Burbank! We stopped by here after landing at the Burbank Airport, about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Parking was a bit tricky to find because the restaurant is at the street corner and there is no designated parking lot. We tried to find parking in the alley area, but those are designated for another restaurant, so we got lucky and a street parking spot opened up on Alameda. The restaurant has a couple tables inside and some tables in their outside patio. The tables inside are bar height. We were greeted with menus right away and was told the pastas weren't currently available. We ordered two of their pizzas, Pazza pizza and Prosciutto pizza, and two of their salads, Caesar and Antipasto. I really enjoyed the salads and the prosciutto pizza. The Pazaa pizza was good too but the cheese was very filling for me. If you love cheese, you have to try the Pazza. Ingredients are all very fresh! I would recommend ordering ahead of time because the pizzas did take awhile to make and bake, but luckily they had TV on so we watched TV while waiting. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely order takeout from here.

What a great find!! Hubby stumbled on this place looking for a non franchise mom & pop shop. The only place we know that we've found to have an actual brick oven. Their pizza is great; perfect thickness of crust and toppings. Their staff were nice and were kind enough to fulfill our weird request. One time, my hubby wanted to try the Joe Rogan special; despite not carrying any anchovies, they told him he can bring it in and they can put in on our pizza with no problem. Our kids love watching them make the pizzas and throwing them in the oven. The pizza cooks pretty quick; that wood fire adds extra umami to the dish! Our family favorite is their margherita pizza and the chicken bbq. I didn't get to take a photo of the other side of their menu, however, they also have salads and calzones. Local business for the win!
